How to Return or Exchange

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account, go to "Order History," and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return. Click "Return Items" and follow the prompts.

If you checked out as a guest, you can initiate a return using the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting our customer service team.

Print Your Return Label

Once your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print the label and attach it to your package.

If you don't have access to a printer, contact our customer service team for alternative options.

Package Your Return

Place the item(s) in their original packaging if possible, with all tags attached. Include any accessories that came with the product.

For hygiene reasons, please ensure items are clean and unworn (except for trying on).

Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. We recommend keeping your receipt until your return is processed.

You can track the status of your return through your account or using the tracking number provided in your return confirmation email.

Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange item. You'll receive email notifications at each step of the process.

Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days after processing, depending on your financial institution.

Return Policy Details

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:

  • Underwear and thongs
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item. If you'd like to exchange for a different style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

If the exchange item is more expensive than your original purchase, you'll be charged for the price difference. If it's less expensive, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The following refund policies apply:

  • Original purchase price of the item(s)
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is free for domestic orders
  • International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange for a return and replacement at no cost to you.

Please provide photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.

Sale Items

Regular sale items follow our standard return policy. Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

International Returns

For international orders, our return policy remains the same, but there are a few additional considerations:

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Please allow additional time for international returns to be delivered and processed
  • Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase
