Finding Your Perfect Fit

The right fit makes all the difference in how your lingerie feels and looks. Our size guide will help you find your perfect measurements for bras, underwear, and sleepwear. For the most accurate results, we recommend taking your measurements while wearing lightweight, form-fitting clothing or just your underwear.

How to Measure for a Bra

Step 1: Measure Your Band Size

Using a soft measuring tape, measure around your ribcage just under your bust, where the band of your bra would sit. Keep the tape snug but not tight, and make sure it's parallel to the ground. Round to the nearest whole number.

If the measurement is even, add 4 inches
If the measurement is odd, add 5 inches
This gives you your band size (e.g., 32, 34, 36)

Step 2: Measure Your Bust Size

Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the ground. Make sure the tape is not too tight and that you're standing straight with arms relaxed at your sides.

Step 3: Calculate Your Cup Size

Subtract your band size from your bust measurement. The difference determines your cup size according to the chart below.

0" difference = AA cup
1" difference = A cup
2" difference = B cup
3" difference = C cup
4" difference = D cup
5" difference = DD/E cup
6" difference = DDD/F cup
7" difference = G cup
8" difference = H cup

Example:

If your underbust measurement is 29 inches and your bust measurement is 35 inches:

Band size: 29 (odd number) + 5 = 34
Cup size: 35 - 34 = 1 inch difference = A cup
Your bra size would be 34A

Signs of a Good Bra Fit

Your Bra Fits Correctly If:

The band sits horizontally around your body and doesn't ride up
The center gore (the part between the cups) lies flat against your sternum
The cups fully contain your breast tissue without spillage or gaping
The straps stay in place without digging into your shoulders
The underwire follows the natural curve of your breast and sits flat against your ribcage
You can comfortably fit two fingers under the band

Signs You Need a Different Size:

Band too tight: Leaves red marks, feels uncomfortable, or creates bulges
Band too loose: Rides up in the back or shifts when you move
Cups too small: Breast tissue spills out of the top, sides, or bottom
Cups too large: Wrinkle or gap at the top
Straps digging in: May indicate you need a smaller band size
Straps falling down: May indicate you need a larger cup size

Sister Sizes

Sister sizes are bra sizes with the same cup volume but different band sizes. If your usual size isn't available or doesn't fit perfectly, you can try a sister size.

How Sister Sizes Work:

If you go up in band size, go down in cup size (e.g., 34C → 36B)
If you go down in band size, go up in cup size (e.g., 34C → 32D)

How to Measure for Underwear

Step 1: Measure Your Waist

Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline, usually just above the belly button. Keep the measuring tape snug but not tight.

Step 2: Measure Your Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Make sure the tape is parallel to the floor and not too tight.

Step 3: Find Your Size

Use our size chart below to find your perfect fit. If your measurements fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

How to Measure Torso Length

Torso length is particularly important for bodysuits. To measure your torso length:

Stand straight with your legs slightly apart
Place the measuring tape at the top of your shoulder, near the base of your neck
Run the tape down the front of your body, between your legs, and up your back
Return to the starting point on your shoulder
The measurement is your torso length

If you're between sizes or have a longer torso, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
