Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 1 PM EST may not be processed until the following business day. During high-volume periods (such as holidays or special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

Pre-Order & Backorder Items

Items marked as "Pre-Order" or "Backorder" will ship separately once they become available. The estimated availability date will be noted on the product page. Standard processing times apply once the item is in stock.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Delivery times are calculated from the date your order ships, not when the order is placed.
